I’ve got it mostly mapped out… the role distribution is a little difficult ‘cause you could go so many different ways!
Like, Christine/John, Phantom/Sherlock, Mary(or Sarah)/Raoul? or Christine/Sherlock, Raoul/John, Phantom/Moriarty? The second makes a bit more sense to me, I think… Then, like Lestrade and Mycroft as Andre and Fermin, Molly as Meg, maybe? I dunno man! Possibilities!
